About John Remington,
Lived in St. Louis for most of my life, but moved to Texas as soon as I could.  I've lived in Austin for about 25 years.  Went though the real estate crash in the 1980's, the good times in between, and the last few years with most of my hair.

I started out selling income-producing properties in Austin, mainly duplexes.  My introduction to property management started in 1990, managing a 20-unit complex on E. 51st.  From there I managed several very tough low-income housing projects,. I then joined with a company that managed and sold homes in the Austin area.  Opened my own Brokerage Office in 2004.

I received my Real Estate License in 1983, and my Brokers License in 2004.  In 1993, completed C.A.M. (Certified Apartment Manager), Also in 1998 earned a C.P.O. (Certified Professional Occupancy).

My philosophy is to treat every property like it was my own,
and every person like my family.
